I work as a Realtor agent with Coldwell Banker Residential Broker in Los Gatos. I specialize in the greater San Jose metro area. I also specialize in other towns and cities like Los Gatos, Monte Sereno, Saratoga, and Campbell.
As a real estate agent I list homes in all these areas. My primary area of focus is the Cambrian area of San Jose, California and the Los Gatos border of San Jose, CA (this is the Leigh High School – Noddin Elementary area). My children have gone to the schools in the Union School District and the Campbell Union High School District.
On January 14, 2013 Redfin came out with a study called Which Neighborhoods Will Be the Hottest in 2013? This nationwide survey ranked the neighborhoods on the following: on-market listings, sales volume, median price per square foot, and sale-to-list ratio. The following chart ranks these neighborhoods as of December 2012 on these four categories.
Willow Glen is ranked #6. Not surprisingly, the schools are on the rise, there is a vibrant downtown which is starting to rival Los Gatos, many new trendy bars and hip restaurants, and many areas are getting renovated and cleaned up. If someone came to the San Jose area and asked me for a neighborhood with tree-lined streets, I would show them Willow Glen.
