Santana Row is a unique outdoor shopping mall and residential community near Santa Clara. Specifically it is located at the corner of Winchester Blvd & Stevens Creek Blvd across the street from Valley Fair mall. This area was formerly the Town & Country outdoor mall with a Town & Country theater, shops, and restaurants. Santana Row was built by builder Federal Realty Investment Trust in 2002. It is located four miles from downtown San Jose, six miles from the San Jose International Airport, and close to highways 17, 880, 280, 101, and 87.

The hotels, restaurants, bars and clothing stores are all first class at Santana Row. The DeForest Building has approximately 98 one, two and three bedroom condos and lofts. It is located at 333 Santana Row in the center of the Santana Row strip. The Margo building has approximately 100 units of luxury one, two, and three bedroom condos. The Margo building has the address 334 Santana Row. The Villas have approximately 21 condos and are located across from the Hotel Valencia and the address is 356 Santana Row. These are the ultimate high end luxury condos with the finest views.
